Delicious..... the entire family absolutely loved it. I was, however, the only one eating my fagitas on lettuce; the rest of the family used WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLAS; still healthy. :-)

Quick, tasty, and easy. MUCH better if you grill the steak, though.

I already made this, I thought it was already posted, maybe I dont understand the system here.Anyway, on phase 1 and really trying to cut my fat cals, Im not eating regular sour cream or cheese that isnt reduced fat or fat free, so I made this with steak, onion, garlic and a dash of soy, then wrapped in the lettuce. I loved it just like that! This recipe is a great idea that can easily be tweaked to meet anyones phase or cal intake. THANKS!

Love this idea! I broilled the steak and had tomatoes instead of the mushrooms. So good!

A romaine lettuce leaf is the perfect mock taco. It holds up well.

Sounds good, but I would add tomatoes and bell pepper - I LOVE veggies! The calories would still be low and the carbs a little higher, but still should be well within my diet limitations! Thanks for the idea!
