My name is Sara I am 25 and live in florida. I have high cholestrol and thyriod which makes it a little hard for me. I am 208 and need to get down to 135. I want children, but cant till I bring weight down. I am doing The Akins diet. I have heard a lot about akins and how well it works if you stick with it. I am hoping to try and stick with it and be strong. I think about my health and the children i will have and being healthy to take care of my family, but it would still be nice to have some weight buddys to help struggle down this hard and long bumpy road.
