Dill pickles wrapped in fat-free cream cheese and chipped beef for a low carb snack.

Directions

  1. Spread softened cream cheese on a slice of dried beef and wrap it around the pickle.
  2. Slice the wrapped pickle into bite-sized rounds and enjoy!

Great low-carb, low-fat snack

My grandmother used to make this but with a slice of boiled ham. It sounds odd but tastes delicious. Try the boiled ham in place of the chipped beef if you are as frightened by spreadable meat as I am!

My father in law makes these with salami and sometimes with out the pickle. Either way they are good and so not diet friendly. I can't wait to try these!
