Fat Fast
I just came across this FF and am tempted. I have been doing Atkin's since January 21st(almost 3 weeks) and I went down 4 pounds and then right back up in a couple days. I have lost ZERO weight in 3 weeks and I am beside myself. I may have eaten more than 20 carbs once or twice but more times than not, I have eaten less.

Years ago you could eat all the meat and cheese you wanted and we all lost so much weight and all our "numbers" went down and were good. Now you have to track every little carb in cheese, processed meats etc...

I am at a loss if I should do it the old way from years ago and leave out everything else except meat and cheese or do the Fast Fat. Something has got to give, I am tempted to just do weight watchers or something.

The one thing I had a lot of was dairy but hey, it is zero carbs. I am open to any comments regarding this. I am doing this with my husband who has about 100lbs to lose and he has only lost 10lbs, there was no big water weight loss or anything and I am afraid he will get discouraged as I am.
