Easy & quick to make. You can easily had your own spices..I added some pepper to mine

Drop the broccoli to 1 cup and you will reduce the carbs even further!

I'm going to try this! Sounds great! As for the carb count, when you subtract the fiber from the carbs, it's only 8.11 carbs per serving. That's not bad at all :)
