I have been actively changing my lifestyle for the last year and a half. September of 2008 I weighed 144lbs. My first goal was 120lbs. which I hit June 2009. all I did was watch my food intake. Then I decided to re-evaluate my goals. I decided that 108lbs would be the new goal.So i started to work out and eat healthy. Before my son was born(2005) I weighed 98lbs.I thought I don't want to be skinny I want to be super fit. I would like a muscular women body.

Boyfriend is making me FAT

not sure how long you have been on your weight loss journey but your taking it way to far you are making yourself and outcast. At some point your going to break and then it's down hill. enjoy life enjoy your family and make good choices on portions. avoiding eating at restaurants isn't the answer. eventually your husband may not even ask you out to dinner because your not going to it anyway. sorry I just really felt like i had to say something.

weird things you see people do at the gym
Ok so the guy that goes to my gym we call the weird glove guy. First he uses rubber gloves (like dish washing gloves) then he drinks a coffee monster and a hostess blackberry pie. then he starts his routine which is usually picking up the biggest dumb bells he can find and "try's" to do bicep curls. lol then after a few (1 or 2)he opens another coffee monster and blackberry pie. The guy is in the worst shape and he has gone to the gym for almost 2 years. I've said things to him like wow another pie. And he says yep I love them then I say yeah I can see that.lol This guy is ridiculously funny.

Excess Skin
great article. I'm happy to say that i do not have the flab. I lost the weight slow and rubbed baby oil on my stomach everyday for the last year. i still have stretch marks but not flab. Just keep up the hard work and it will pay off. your flab probably isn't as bad as you think it is.

Back on track with the regular exercise. body fat is now 15.8% getting super muscular. yeah maybe this year is the year of the six pack.
