Directions

  1. Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes and let cool.
  2. Finely chop cabbage, cashews, and broccoli.
  3. Mix tahini, apple cider vinegar, salt, and honey with 1/4 cup warm water to make dressing.
  4. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and stir.
