Microwave Bread

A sugar-free bread in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a ramekin.
  2. Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt and egg. Mix well.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  4. Remove bread from ramekin. Cut in half and toast in a skillet until desired crispness.
