Jell-O Yogurt

Great tasting yogurt recipe that works well for South Beach.

  1. Blend the yogurt with any sugar free Jell-O flavor (about one 3 oz box) well.
  2. Recipe makes four 1-cup servings.
  3. You may also substitute plain low fat cottage cheese.

Made this with 32 oz non fat plain yogurt and one large package of sugar free jello - almost too sweet but very good.

Good stuff, especially with a few frozen berries. Okay for Phase 1 but only in moderation.

Did anyone figure out if you need pre-made jello or the powder?? It sounds like you need the powder but you never know.

I am confused on the directions....do you make the jello into jello and then mix it together or do you just pour the powder into the yogurt?
