Fatorexia: I'm not that fat...
I have also been in denial about my weight. I was " cute" because I was so short. A short round person is still a round person.
When it came to other women ( overweight women) I never judged them. I DID want to know what happened to them to make them so overweight.
One girl in particular stands out: I am a licensed massage therapist. this beautiful girl comes in. Very self conscious. Very overweight.I guess I must have seen myself in her. All I could think was "Why are you sad? What made you this way?" These are things I never asked myself, I still don't know the answers. I just know I am overweight and I have to change it.

Low Cal Adult beverages for a party?
Hey everyone!
We are having a get together on Saturday night and I need some help with a low calorie Adult beverage.

Preferably some sort of punch.... we tend to sway the way of vodka and cranberry-- our last was sea breezes.

We are not beer drinkers, hard liquor straight is out of the question.

I appreciate any help I can get here, trying to keep it low and enjoy myself a little too Smile

I have been a member since July, but only recently have I been very diligent, and the 4 lbs weight loss shows it is working ( even if it is just water weight). I am still not 100% motivated to move, the eating has been my priority. When I do startmoving ( which should be soon) I plan on doing the couch 2 5k. I would love to learn to love running lol. I accept all buddy reauests, so hit me up. The more we can support eachother the better Smile
