Barrier Busting..........
Just busted thru my barrier in the low 160's.

I had to increase my calories(RDI), I had it a little toooooo low. Added more protein and fat(olive oil)

Weighed in at 159.75 this AM..........yay!!

On my way to my 150lb goal!

Surviving The holidays!
Looks like I made it through both Thanksgiving and Christmas. YAY !!

I just weighed in, down 2 more pounds from the week before Christmas. I did the same, down 2 pounds, before and after Thanksgiving. That's a total of 4 pounds from mid-November!

Basically:
1. FatSecret - count everything
2. Protein - extra turkey is OK
3. Watch the extras close - no stuffing, no bread, etc.

Any body else have any luck?
