Surviving The holidays!

Looks like I made it through both Thanksgiving and Christmas. YAY !!

I just weighed in, down 2 more pounds from the week before Christmas. I did the same, down 2 pounds, before and after Thanksgiving. That's a total of 4 pounds from mid-November!

1. FatSecret - count everything
2. Protein - extra turkey is OK
3. Watch the extras close - no stuffing, no bread, etc.

Any body else have any luck?
