I was very heavy as a child, when I was 18 I last a lot of weight. I was 110# most of my adult life ( but I have been dieting to keep that weight) In the last 15 years I have been gaining weight. I quit my job about a year ago and have gained 20#. Now that I am up to 150# I want to get back down to 120#.

On weight watchers dose fatsecret keep track of exchanges or dose it keep track of proteins, fat and carbs? I have a friend who is thinking of joining, but she is on weight watchers and I am on south beach, I can not answer all her questions.

Hey, where can I find out more about low carb diets?
I like the South Beach diet better. It incourges low carbs and low fat. Except for the first phase, it is more like a normal we should be eating for the rest of our lives.
