I was very heavy as a child, when I was 18 I last a lot of weight. I was 110# most of my adult life ( but I have been dieting to keep that weight) In the last 15 years I have been gaining weight. I quit my job about a year ago and have gained 20#. Now that I am up to 150# I want to get back down to 120#.
