Dose anyone know how many carbs we should be eating each day?

depends on what kind of diet plan you are on. there are good carbs and bad carbs

on sb you do not need to count carbs...but you do measure them...when you graduate from phase 1 to phase 2 - you add one item of good carbs back in per day per week 1 you add 1 with the time of day and each item - some items will make you super hungry all day if you eat them in the am but if eaten in the pm will have no adverse side effects...the second week add another item..when you quit losing you will know you have reached your limit and need to back off...good luck

it actually depends on your matabolism. some people have high matabolism so they can eat up to 60 grams net carbs daily, others have a very low matabolism so they can't eat more than 20 - 25 grams. so i suggest you start on atkins u won't only lose weight but u'll know for the future how much carbs you can eat daily without gaining weight.

Not hungry anymore
I m eating around 600 cal a day for about 4 days now on saturday november 28. A I don t feel hungry anymore.

You can log water in your daily diet intake. Water is pretty individualized anymore. the 8 glasses is some arbitrary number.
