DIVE INTO YOUR SENSES WHEN EATING

Guidelines:
ENJOY IT. eat it slowly. chew each bite AT LEAST 7 times. THINK ABOUT IT. LOOK AT IT. pay attention to its texture and think about what makes it so enjoyable. TAKE YOUR TIME. ABSOLUTELY NO EATING WHEN; WATCHING TV/TALKING ON THE PHONE/ON THE COMPUTER/READING ETC.

write down your emotions/thoughts

Guidelines:
face it; we all go through hell. so think of writing down your thoughts as going through the purgatory stage on your way to heaven (which would be ur weight goal). i'm using this silly analogy to give u a visual view lol use a journal to write down how u feel about a certain situation (it doesn't have to be the journal posted on this site) but there's a catch: instead of dwelling on how bad u feel or what an idiot u are for eating those donuts, i want u to FOCUS ON WHAT U LEARNED AND WHAT ACTIONS U WILL TAKE because after all life is a journey and learning is an adaptive trait.

limit all the foods to JUST ONE SERVING

Guidelines:
face it; we all love sweets/salty/high fat foods. and i don't blame ya, it's in our genes and from evolutionary standpoint it makes sense; those foods are easier to eat and stuff ourselves on. but at this day and age; it doesn't make any sense to gorge when the food supply is virtually never-ending. but it's up to you to make it so. so STICK TO ONE SERVING. jus for the next 2 weeks. how far will u last?
