I know I'm obsessed with the scales. I weigh two or three times a day and I get discouraged when my weight is up after I've been "good". You all have inspired me to only weigh once a week.

Wow!! Congrats on the weight loss. I'm 48 and need to lose at least 28 pounds. I just started Atkin and hope I'll be as successful as you. You'll definitely find the support you're looking on this website. Good luck!!
