I'm a 37 yr old mom of 2. My husband and I are now on the same page and both are working out! I love that he is doing this with me now! I'm down 21 pounds but have 49 more to go! I'm only 5'2 so I need to be down to 125-130. If you do the math can can see I have a long way to go. I feel great about the 21 pounds and I know I can and will do this! I want my kids to have a healthy mom as a role model. I'm in this for health reasons and to just feel better. Tipping the scale at 200 was a wake up call. I didn't even realize I had put on so much weight. Working out and eating better are starting to be fun...yes fun!!! Here's to a healthy life!!!!
