Natural sugars are best if you are craving..No processed sugars, even ones that say they are healthy because they aren't... They are worse than actual sugar... Also for snacks eat more natural whole foods instead of processed foods because they are full of processed sugars... Almond milk is great for coffee,bananas are good for hunger fighters, grain bread with peanut butter... I have learned so much in my journey and I would love to help you in any way I can
