A little about me. Mother of a adult son of 25, I'm 52 years of age, currently working and living with me. He is soon about to move out. I work from home. My goal here is to support and be supported by members, and hopefully have a positive impact in my interactions. Not easily done, as I've seen that interpretations in posting are not always taken with the spirit I intended.

Battling weight all my life, but for the first time I really have faith that I will step out of my history and finally take off the fat suit! And it has all to do with joining this site.

What has been your experience with Intermittent Fasting
There have been all kinds of new studies lauding this way of eating, not only for weight loss, but also for a potential against alzheimer's, MS, diabetise.

One of my main questions is: Do you get over the hunger. I've started two days ago (16:Cool I'm hoping my body will get accustomed to it.

Please do tell of your pros and cons!

Low FODMAP
I don't follow it, but it's a very restrictive diet. Your best bet is to get recipes books on it, and make yourself 'go to recipes'. best of luck.
