I am a 57 yo female, I am married and have 2 daughters. I live in Ohio, near Lake Erie. I am a nurse and I have worked in a home with 54 DD/MR men for 25 years. 6 years ago my husband and I lost wt on a protein sparing modified fast. I lost 88 lbs in 8 months and regained it in one year because I ate carrot cake and peanut butter cups every day. So we are going to live the Atkin's way now. My husband has type 2 diabetes and had open heart surgery two and a half years ago. Today is day 2 for us.

My best friend at work helps me, When I say "just a taste" she says "you tasted it all before". then we just crack up. She is skinny as a rail too.
