I am a mother of three and three step children so I do a lot of cooking. I have always had a weight issue since early adulthood and now have set a newer goal weight today to give myself a bit of a push to either (a) eat a little more properly when I actually feel hungry and (b) to get off my butt and get to the gym.

Smaller Portions More Exercise Diet Buddy Needed!
Hi Deb,

I have had the "battle of the bludge" most of my adult life and understand how important it is to have someone to encourage you. I was (still am sorta) an emotional eater (mainly when bored)but have found different weays to control this (writing helps).

Anyways I would like to be your buddy and will send a request to you for adding me.
