Smaller Portions More Exercise Diet Buddy Needed!
Hi Deb,

I have had the "battle of the bludge" most of my adult life and understand how important it is to have someone to encourage you. I was (still am sorta) an emotional eater (mainly when bored)but have found different weays to control this (writing helps).
