My name is Michelle and I am 24 yrs. old. Trying to get down to the weight I was in High School. I am sick of everybody saying it can't be done! I am married and will celebrate my 2nd year anniversary this October. I have two dogs, a german shepard and a st. bernard. I also have two cats and their names are Garfield and Hemi. I always say it is like we have a hobby farm at our house, as my husband and I love animals.
I am starting this diet because I am just getting sick of having to buy new clothes. Every year I am out shopping for a bigger size. I will not let it get worse! My husband about gasped when he found out I was over 200 lbs. He was guessing I was around 150 with my 5-9 height. He is 6-2 himself and weighs 220. So now I am hoping to get to 160. And the journey begins..............

Girls Night
I am having a girls night this weekend, and I am trying to make some food for the non-dieters and me so I can snack all night and not feel guilty. Also, I always make a couple cocktails (which are full of sugar), and I want to know what I should do instead these. Any ideas? Confused

Tomorrw is a new day
I am on my third try at South Beach, and this time I have added a walking/jogging routine. I have already lost 9 pounds and I am halfway through my second week of phase 1. So I definitely think the exercise helps!
