My name is Michelle and I am 31 yrs. old. I gave birth in 2012 and looking to get back into shape! Problem is, I was not in shape when I got pregnant. So I have a lot of work to do! I have a different mindset now though, and that is to be a healthy mom for my beautiful baby boy. :)
UPDATE: 3/17/14, I found out I'm pregnant 2 weeks ago! So, I plan on monitoring my weight gain on here, and then hopefully watching it come off fast after delivery!

Girls Night
I am having a girls night this weekend, and I am trying to make some food for the non-dieters and me so I can snack all night and not feel guilty. Also, I always make a couple cocktails (which are full of sugar), and I want to know what I should do instead these. Any ideas? Confused

Tomorrw is a new day
I am on my third try at South Beach, and this time I have added a walking/jogging routine. I have already lost 9 pounds and I am halfway through my second week of phase 1. So I definitely think the exercise helps!
