Exercise
I exercise at home doing exercise DVDs.The best for me is step aerobics. When it gets warmer,I want to get out and start walking.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I like to weigh everyday when I first get up in the morning. Then,if I gain a pound,I can look back and maybe see what I ate that caused it.
