Just started on this website thanks to my daughter getting a new phone and down loading "calorie counter".

My oncologist wants me to loose about 75 lbs. so he can go in and get those nasty tumors.

27 lbs. gone since 05/24/11!

Sounds like you're doing well on your weightloss. Good luck on your upcoming surgery
First goal: 299 lbs - completed 11/8/14
Second goal: 280 lbs - completed
Third goal: 260 lbs - in progress
Fourth goal: 240 lbs
Fifth goal: 220 lbs
Final goal: 200 lbs
I'll review where I want to be at this point.

Welcome. I started the very same way. The phone app has made ALL the difference for me, it helps me keep track of everything ALL the time, so there is no guessing in what I'm doing. I could not have made all my progress without it.

Welcome! I have FS on my phone and iPad. It's great to be able to sync them all and have the calorie information at my fingertips at all times. I've been through the cancer thing myself--and kicked it to the curb! You can do this! Very Happy

I need help with dieting
Probably lowering your calories by at least 500 a day and eating clean is your best bet.

Good for all of us who are trying to lose.. Only 2 pds this week. want more but I know that's not how it happens. Ive heard if ya loose it slowly it will stay off... 35 pds down since august 4, 2015. ...
