I have 28 years old, mom of a 5 year old kid, separated about 2 years ago, my highest weight was 104 kg after having my son, my lowest weight was 72 kg, and my actual weight was 75 i want to reach my goal that is 50 kg, i have a gastric band but didnt work for me and i have to make some radical things like a 40 day fast an lose 15 kg, i will start tomorrow April 6 2009, my second 40 day fast and i want to lose at least 20 kg.... im actually in the 30 lbs challenge, i will record my weight loss in photos taking one side and front side every monday with the same clothes to see the change... im very afraid the lose skin in my upper arms and belly... :(
