Hi everyone,

My name is Lloyd im 22 years old as of this writing (3-23-14).

I used to be 118lbs and very skinny then after a bad relationship I got into working out and eating right. With the help of P90X and other programs I got up to 130lbs then started doing home workouts with my olympic weights that got me up to 158lbs which is the highest ive ever been. I've dropped down some from not keeping up with my calories but I'm always trying to stay on that calorie surplus to hit my goal of 170-190lbs one day!

I started the P90X program in 2009 since then and have done 4-5 rounds. I've gained 20+ pounds with P90X so far and good eating habbits. Now I do some at home workouts with my olmypic weight set and barbells that go up to 210lbs. I have my own little home gym I invested about $600 into so far. I'm an ectomorph so I struggle to gain weight because I really only eat when I feel im hungry instead of all the time. Please visit my youtube channel and my website to keep up to date with me and my journey!
So follow me on my journey and let us both reach our goals!

HELP!!!! weightloss
Do you know what your max fat, carb and protein intake for the day is? Are you tracking everything you put into your mouth via fatsecret? Are you combining exercise & cardiovascular work at least 4x a week for 45 minutes? If you answered no to any of these questions this is why you aren't seeing the results you want.

Full Protein diet
just make sure your macros are correct you should be fine. Diets are overrated when you can honestly eat whatever you want just make sure fat intake, carbs and protein are correct for the results you are trying to achieve. Once you learn to track your macros like a hawk you will see results you want.
