My name is Lloyd, let me tell you a little bit about myself because I guess this section is considered my 'Bio' :). I'm turning 20 this year, a lot has happened to be in the last few years so let me shed some light on that.
Before I got into nutrition and fitness, from 2006-2009 I was a video gamer. I would play Halo and World of Warcraft in excess. Eventually I got hooked to world of warcraft which is a video game. I played this game for sometimes 10-12 hours a DAY :O. Yes, I know. Thats quite a bit! So after playing that game addictively for 3 years. I eventually quit cold turkey due to personal matters which I dont have enough room to discuss here.
Either way, after I had quit wow I put my addiction for gaming into an addiction to be fit and healthy. Given I had been sitting in a chair for over 3 years. I was sickly thin(hardly ate ever), and looked like a stick. I was about 118 pounds and 18 years old when I quit.
I started the P90X program since then and have done 4-5 rounds to date. I just finished up my 4th or 5th round recently(lost count). So I'll be starting another round for mass again. I've gained 20+ pounds with P90X so far and good eating habbits. So follow me on my journey and let us both reach our goals!
