My picture is from when I weighted 150lbs Fall of 2007. I chose it because I was so happy that day. I loved the way I looked. I was healthy and fit. Jan 1, 2012 I weighted 229lbs. I had never thought I'd even weigh over 200lbs. Im 5'7". I had tried a million diets/workouts and none of them worked long term. So I gave the Atkins a try. I lost 15 lbs and felt a lot better. But then I couldn't lose anymore. I switched to the paleo way of eating--which I find a little more flexible and the scale started inching down. I also started back to the gym with a trainer 2x a week the end of July and walk at least 20 min everyday. My goal is to be around 160 and a size 10-12. I have a closet full of vintage clothes that miss me :)
