I love it burtonbe I got a new postion at work that has made my diet more challenging to keep up with however I am overcoming this situation as we speak and getting back on it...looing to be consistent!

My (new) dietician was also saying to be patient when trying to increase your appetite, and that it can take a while for it to build up more gradually. I also find it super hard to force myself to eat ...
