Just turned 30 this year! I have to get my weight down. I'm not getting any younger. I havent been on here for a while. I just went through a horrible divorce last year. I was down to 128lbs.!!! But i didnt loose it the correct way so when everything settled. I settled back into my regular eating habits.

Goal 1) Be under 140 lbs - Tanning Bed Membership
Goa1 2) Be under 130 lbs - New Jeans
Goal 3) Be under 120 lbs - Six Flags season passes for me and the kids
Goal 4) Be under 115 lbs - Trip to Victoria Secret

Could Plateaus Be Good For You?
I use to work for quick weight loss center. When our clients would plateau we would tell them to just keep following their diet. They would end up binge eating pizza and beer, and then they would suddenly drop 3 lbs. trick is to shock your body, with either more or less food. And hey, i like the idea of more!!! Make it your cheat day. Your body will realize that it doesnt need it and will get rid of it, but it work in overdrive.

I love chips and Cheese!!!!! I can live without sweets for the rest of my life if only I can have the carbs and fat from chips and cheese
