Hello! I am a Weight Watchers LifeTime Member trying to get back to goal. I just had a baby 4 months ago and I am ready to get back in shape. I have about 20lbs to lose and I've realized that this is a lifestyle change and that I will always have to exercise and watch what I eat. I will always have to keep track of what I eat and make it a habit to suppress my desires and take control of my cravings. I believe in the saying, "everything in moderation." I don't ever want to completely quit chocolate. I love chocolate and I feel like I can have it if I'm doing everything else right.

I love the way my clothes fit on me when I'm eating and exercising right and that feeling is worth much more than the satisfaction of eating a brownie. Now if I can remember that everytime a brownie presents itself! Hahahah

Has anyone done Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred?
Absolutely LOVED this DVD. Anyone can fit in 20 minutes and she makes sure she makes the MOST of that 20 minutes. Good luck to you!

fat intake
Hi Katpec ... First of all ... Don't get discouraged, just jump back on the saddle and remember that you are the only thing stopping yourself from having the body that you want. For your weight, I'm thinking you should only be eating about 21 points and you're eating about 20. I think you're on the right track! Google how to calculate the WW points and figure it from there. It will need to know your heighth and age and type of work. Good luck to you!

need to lose really quick
I've done both and found most success with Weight Watchers. However, you can combine both and do really well! You combine both by following the south beach phases and menus but counting the points at the same time. If you just want to do one ... I would go with Weight Watchers because it's a lot easier to follow and you don't have to cut anything out of your diet and risk binging.
