I live in the Northern Michigan with my husband and 3 daughters, 10, 7, and 6. I gained 95 pounds with first pregnancy. I lost 50 just in time to gain 55 with next pregnancy, lost 35 just in time to gain 35 with last pregnancy. Where did that leave me... 100 pounds heavier

I have lost 31 pounds on my own but that last 70 hangs on. I know I will not be the slim 115 I was before the first child but I would like to drop another 30-50 and see the healthy range again. I would like to be able to buy clothes that aren't in the fat-old lady section. I am young and want to feel young again.

I have been at both ends of the scale now, anorexic in my late teens and now obese in my 20s and everywhere in between. Now I am ready to lose weight in a healthy way.....no more extremes just a nice happy medium.... I started blogging http://walkingthin.blogspot.co...
