I'd have to say I'm totally happy with where I'm at regarding fitness level and nutrition. I'm to the point that it's all about minor tweaks here and there now.
I love seeing my kids mirror my fitness habits these days. They are truly my inspiration when I have those days of thinking, "This workout is hard...maybe I should take a break."
Life is now about balance. Due to career changes, my husband and I are trying to manage 2 households, which makes me a single-working-mom to our two kiddos most of the work weeks. So, lunch hour workouts are my way to go and you can guarantee I'm at a high intensity for that 30-minutes. Finances are tight so meal planning is a new priority. Faith is strong...as without it I don't know how we'd get through this new life path.
