Log your miles weekly

Guidelines:
I know that not all cardio is created equal, so I have a few guidelines for you. If you bike: divide your miles by 3. So for every 3 miles on your bike, that equals to 1 mile in this challenge. If you swim: multiple your miles by 3. So for every 1 mile you swim, that will equal to 3 miles in this challenge. Here’s a tip: 10-15 minutes of intense cardio on an exercise machine equates to 1 mile for our challenge purposes.

Switch up your method at least weekly.

Guidelines:
Your body will get used to what you're doing, switch it up! If you did all walking last week, maybe try a few miles on the bike this week. Try new things :)

Log your calorie intake

Guidelines:
This goes without saying in any challenge, in my opinion. It's important to learn how to find that balance, and logging what we eat is the key to that. Now remember, if you are participating in this challenge successfully, you will be kicking ass and burning loads of calories. You might want to raise your intake a few hundred on workout days. Don't think you can get away with working this hard are eating 1200/day. Not a good idea, again, in my opinion.

This is a challenge, it is for FUN. We are going to celebrate any and all accomplishments by everyone! I know not every person is going to be able to do 75, that is just my personal goal. If you want to shoot for five miles a week, that's great! We are here to support each other!!!!
