Looking for 1 point muffins
Try any muffin mix with a diet soda or any no calorie soda like fresca. No need for the egg or oil. My fave is banana muffin with a fresca (you can't even taste the soda). Another is fresca with poppy seed!

Ok so how long does it take to approve a recipe. I posted like 20 of them and they have been pending for like 2 weeks! lol I would to share more but the delay is annoying. Any idea what takes so long?

What does your DIET shopping list look like?
ooo ooo try sugar free jell-o pudding! they come in all sorts of flavors and are yummy! and Have you ever made a cake using a diet soda...well better yet make cup cakes with a diet soda. All you have to do is mix a cake mix with a diet soda and then pour into muffin tins...makes 24 cup cakes and 2 cup cakes are 3 points! YUMMY so far my fave is a chocolate cake with a diet cherry coke. I also like the Reese's 100 calorie snack pack...it says reese pieces, peanut butter chips, and some ceral puffs and ceral squares. I also like the mini rice cakes that are drizzled in chocolate.

Is it just me?
Me TOO! I am constanly look for new recipes that sound good even if everything in it is "fat free"! I started on he 23 of april and have lost 21 pounds so I must be doing something right. I just have all these numbers pouring though my head...ok so if I eat half of this how many points would it be...hmm where's my sliding calculator.!Laughing
