Fox News and HCG Diet
The way I look at it, if he would've researched this diet and weighed the pros and cons, I think he would've gone a different route. What they DON'T tell you is that it isn't good for people with alot of weight to lose, over 100lbs or more!

I don't know how to stop....and don't know if I want to!
I keep changing my goal weight, still have not reached the current one, but now I'm re-thinking my goal weight again! I'm 5'0, my original goal weight was 120, I changed it to 140 because after having 3 kids I didn't know if 120 was an attainable goal or how I'd look because I do love my curves...I guess I'll see how i look at 140 and go from there!

Brooke- I would keep going as long as you're comftorable going so and unti you're happy with how you look without going overboard!

Confused
My calorie intake is really low, I try to stay between 700-800 calories a day, atleast 50% of that is carbs, but healthy carbs, found in fruits, veggies, etc. not mashed potatoes, pasta or bread which I'd rather have...lol!

Fox News and HCG Diet
All I can say is WOW! A friend of mine told me to check this thread out because we know someone who WAS on the HCG diet...key word...was! I can see it as a short term weight loss program to shed a few lbs but for someone with 300 plus lbs to lose it is not a solution! He ended up passing away due to heart complications, they didn't say it was because of the diet but we all know it was because since starting it he had been having problems, visits to the ER, etc. He was just so determined to lose weight that he was willing to go to such extremes knowing it was not healthy! R.I.P. Ben!!

Does anyone else feel like they are 'fake' losing weight?
I feel the same way, because my scale is a piece of crap so I never know if it's the right weight or not, but i do notice it in my clothes and how I feel so I must be doing SOMETHING right! I just thought I'd be getting more compliments than I have, and it is SAD that we need that validation but I think we all do in order for it to sink in! I should've done starting measurements but I didn't....I suppose it's not to late to do them now, and track progress that way...
