I am 19 years old. before I started with fs i weighed 73kg. I lost 5 and then downloaded the app on my bb =). so happy!! So when I started I weighed 68kg and now weigh 61kg my goal weight is 55kg and im almost there. I go walking 5 to 6 tomes a week, for 60 minutes and walk 6km there are nights that I jog 3km and walk 3km depending on how I feel. I drink a lot of water as well. I am trying to cut out all sweets but its kinda dufficult


my next goal is to be 59kg by the 6 april =D what a challenge!!

help!!!
Hi guys so I am now 60.5kg, i was 73kg and it took me 3 months to get where i am now. i lost weight very quickly and now its taking forever. i just want to be at my goal before end of may and who knowes. maybe i will set myself a new goal when i reach it. what do you guys do to loose that extra belly fat?? i do walk and jog depending how i feel that day 4-5 times a week 6 km, i try to drink 2 litres of water a day and recently started drinking green tea as well.i would really appreciate your insight.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
i weigh myself every second day, but my weigh inn i would normally record and put on my weigh in wall at home would be on a thursday
