I am a single Mom of 3 (2 teenage boys and a 10 yr. old girl). I am doing the low carb diet with a little of the No S diet.

I was doing pretty good and then just lost it for about a week and put on 6 lbs. I have lost weight in the past so I KNOW I CAN DO THIS. I had lost 74lbs and only had 20 left. Those 20 seemed harder than the rest. Now it is no longer 20 but 40!!!!!

I came across this site looking for calorie/carb information for a food item. I am hoping this might help me keep on track.

Don't you just LOVE kids!
So the other day I was on the computer window shopping Halloween costumes because there may be a chance that my BF and I are going to a party that requires costumes Sad We have an inside joke regarding belly dancing so my friend and I were looking at the belly dancer/herom girl costumes. My friend is saying "you can definitely do this." And I am thinking "I know I have sometime but I don't think so" I have this thing about not wanting to be the center of attention that my BFF is dead set on breaking me of. She isn't going to win. Anyway.......

My darling 14 year old son walks over, looks at the picture and says "Isn't that what skinny people wear?" I laughed for a second and then told him "You're grounded!" Smile
