Fat Secret has truly been a blessing for me since I started on this web site several years ago. I have met some wonderful and supportive people who have been very encouraging. I find I always come back to this site when I have fallen off the wagon again.

Weight loss and sustaining it is not for the "faint of heart" we all have our own personal journeys, challenges and wins.

I encourage everyone to stay the course, even us "older" folks, we can loose weight, we can be healthy and we can be there for our children and grandchildren!

Stuck!!
I have found that I stay at plateaus for many weeks, I quit stressing about it, I am eating healthy, journaling everything and very important to measure and weight things.

Keep at it and find ways to reduce your stress around eating and diets. Eat fresh only no processed food and stay at 7 calories per pound initially then gradually increase to 10-12 calories per pound for maintainance.

Believe in your ability to be successful this is a long journey. You can do it!
