I'm 20 (still think I'm a teenager), 5'2-3" and in my 2nd year of college. I wasn't aware of my weight until high school but looking at older pictures and what I remember of gym class, I was on the higher side of healthy and maybe already overweight. Throughout high school, my weight constantly jumped around and now that I'm in a new environment away from my family who all have different food issues, I want to get my eating (and maybe exercising) habits under control. Since I've never had a steady healthy weight as a teen/adult, 120 is my estimate for now and it might change if I feel that a different weight will be healthier.
