Why can't I get lower than 140 lbs? :(
I've been stuck in 140 for a loong time. I've lowered my RDI to really low and upped it really high and nothing seems to work. I only eat about 2000 cals on special days and eat from 1200-1500 most days. A couple months ago I got to 135 lbs and gained it all back in less than week doing the same things I always do. Also I exercise for at least 30 mins (not everyday). Do you know whats happening? any advice? did u go through something like this?

I'm confused about the calories in Red Kidney Beans.
@wholefoodnut: I didn't know they counted oil in. It sure ups the calories too much! How much oil are they putting in? lol
@Vickie5966: it's like the second time this happens to me, the first time was with romaine lettuce. Thanks to your answers, I know that it is good to confirm the calories and other stuff just in case. I used to go with the higher calorie version. I can be calm now. hahahSmile

Thanks a looooot! 310 cals seemed too much for just 1/2 cup, but you never know there are very deceving foods around the world. lol

I'm confused about the calories in Red Kidney Beans.
I've been struggling to know how many calories Red Kidney Beans really have because I've seen that in one part it says they have 310 calories per 1/2 a cup (http://www.fatsecret.com/Diary.aspx?pa=fjrd&eid=1249208254&dt=16236) and in other one it says that they have 225 calories per 1 cup (http://www.fatsecret.com/Diary.aspx?pa=fjrd&eid=1249213664&dt=16236).

I've searched for them in other places like spark people.com and caloriecount.com, but I'm not sure. Do you know which one is right or what is the difference between the two?. If they are different how do I know which ones I am eating? Thanks beforehand!! Very Happy
