performance: losing 3.5 lb a week
I've started a "lifestyle change" so many times in my life I've lost count. I have some pretty serious health issues...well, they aren't serious issues yet, but if I don't lose weight and get healthy, they will become extremely serious.
I have been occasionally exercising (about once a week for the last 3 months) and I'm gradually working my way into exercising more.
It is very difficult to diet around my family. They are all "fat & happy" but I'm not. I'm pushing 40 and I'm single. I have no real excuse not to exercise because I have no other real responsibilities other than my job. I'm the type of person who needs lots of encouragement.
