i agree 64 oz is correct but you can drink more if you desire. i had an empty 64 oz juice bottle so i fill it at night, put it in fridge then pour into whatever glass or container i am going to use. when ...

This is new for me but I have been carrying water bottles with me all week. I misplace them sometimes :( but I am consuming more water then before.

Through a straw helps.
I agree. I use a straw when drinking water. It helps me to take bigger gulps and drink more. I go through it real fast during the day at work.
