Well I am hungry male who works in an office environment 'n' between times uses a car.. Typical of men my age I think our metabolism seems to slow down, while my consumption has risen. I have a habit of snacking and eating between meals.. In fact thinking about it I have no set meal times, work commitments seem to dictate my eating habits.I do not exercise but I have recently given up smoking which is a good thing although I find myself looking for snaks and food to replace the urges for a cig. I am not a big drinker I have the occasional tipple I need to do this loose some weight become more aware od fitness diet and health I need to be and be open and honest to my self. I am 50 now ( Jan 2010) I wish you well and hope you do me too.
