I'm a 25 year old working single living in Boston, MA. I always knew that I didn't need to be overweight, but now I'm finally starting to believe it and I've changed my outlook on weight loss! I'm following no particular diet besides keeping my calorie intake to 1700 a day, trying to eat balanced meals, keep portion sizes under control, sweets down to a minimum, and exercising! I love working out by my over-eating does me in - I want everyone to know how fit I am!
First goal: 190 lbs by 8/10/12 - met on 8/10 (190.9 lbs)
Second goal: 185 lbs by 9/10/12 (high school mini reunion)
Third goal: 180 by 10/4/12 (friend's wedding in CA)
