Cheat Days
I have cheat days, and I've been consistently loosing weight since I started this kind of 'diet'. I don't even call it a diet because I know that I can easily carry on with this for the rest of my life!
Cheat days help keep my cravings in check and they give me something to look forward to every week!

Artificial Sweeteners
I've just gone cold turkey on sugar
It's bad for you and artificial sweetners are even worse (plus I really hate the way they taste). So I've gone copletely off of it! It wasn't easy, but I figured it was the only way to wean myself! If I reeeeeeeeeeally want to sweeten something, I would use a bit of natural honey instead
I only have sugary stuff on my cheat days, if at all!
