I'm 26 years old, my weight has always fluxuated between these horrible thirty-some pounds and I'm sick of it! At 165 pounds, I am at the heaviest I've ever been! It's hard to believe that in high school I was a very slim 125!
My goal weight is about 138 pounds (maybe even less). I am hoping to get enough support from this site to really stick with a diet plan and keep the weight off for good!

Lost a little weight but for a month really nothing
do not give up!! i have had the plateau problem in the past! what im doing now is calorie confusing. i average out how many calories i should be eating a week, and for 2-3 days in a row i eat lower than the other 4-5 days. this is supposed to help your metabolism, so far it is definitely working! i keep saying how much i hate losing weight 'the right way' but i do feel it will be better for us in the long run! it's been over a month and so far im only down 8 lbs, so don't get discouraged!!

Most of my excess weight is carried in my stomach, hips, and back - does anyone have any good tips to reduce fat in those areas?

Who's sick of chicken?
tilapia is great! white fish, tastes like chicken, but its a lot easier to eat because of the flaky-ness!
