Well, I just turned 50, retired, and have all this ample time to be working out. The working out part is changing as I write this.
I'm 6'3" and need to get down to about 210 lbs (or less, if possible) from about 245. Like many people, before I knew it my weight had gotten out of control. I've always been a broad and tall guy, but not overweight. My problem is it is now around my mid-section where I see the biggest change. Not very happy with what has happened.
I like to walk, go to the gym, and trying to get back to running. Hopefully soon 'll be able to really run (not jog) again. As the Bud Light ads say, "Here We Go."
