I'm a 55 year old guy who lives in Tennessee. I'm 6'2" tall and weigh 181.0 lbs. My quest for weight loss actually started in July 2014. I weighed 249 lbs. Since the Summer of 2015, within a pound +/-, I've essentially hit my weight loss goal of 180 lbs. So now it's been a matter of maintenance. My current profile pic is from June 2016.
I do Tabata and core/stretching one day a week to help with my running. I take a day off, and the other 5 days I try to get in 25 miles of running.
