performance: losing 0.4 lb a week
I'm a 55 year old single male who lives in Tennessee. I'm 6'2" tall and weigh 183 lbs. (significant weight loss over the past year or so.)
Since the Summer of 2015, it's just been a matter of maintenance as I'm probably not gonna get any taller. lol
I'm now running at least one road race a month (September I over did it with 3 races.) I cross-train a couple of times a week to strengthen core. Yeah, it's all part of running.
