performance: losing 2.2 lb a week
I'm a 55 year old single male who lives in Tennessee. I'm 6'2" tall and weigh 185 lbs. (significant weight loss over the past year or so.)
Since the Summer of 2015, it's just been a matter of maintenance as I'm probably not gonna get any taller. lol
I'm now running at least one road race a month (September I over did it with 3 races) and my friends have talked me in to running a half marathon (13.1 miles) in April 2016. The first of hopefully many more. I cross-train a couple of times a week to strengthen core. Yeah, it's all part of running.
