I'm a 55 year old guy who lives in Tennessee. I'm 6'2" tall and weigh 183 lbs. (significant weight loss over the past year or so.) My quest for weight loss actually started in July 2014. And 65 lbs later...
Since the Summer of 2015, within a pound +/-, I've hit my weight loss goal, so now it's been a matter of maintenance.
I'm now running at least one road race a month (September I over did it with 3 races.) I cross-train a couple of times a week to strengthen core. Yeah, it's all part of running. I've gotten kinda addicted to it.
