I'm a 56 year old guy who lives in Tennessee. I'm 6'2" tall and weigh 181.0 lbs. My quest for weight loss actually started in July 2014. I weighed 249 lbs. Since the Summer of 2015, within a pound +/-, I've essentially hit my weight loss goal of 180 lbs. So now it's been a matter of maintenance. My current profile pic is from June 2016.
5 days I try to get in 25 miles/week of running. Hoping to get to 30-35 miles/week. That's a stretch, but....
