I've been on and off WW over the year's and have tried other diets on my own, but find WW is the best to live with for the long run. It's been slow coming off lately. I gained alot of weight when I quit smoking 23 years ago, and I luv the sweets, always trying a new decadent dessert recipe, so it has really helped me to cut all that sugary stuff out and eat more fruit, well at least I try to.
At my heaviest I was 250 lbs.
