Right now I have finally got into the walking 'habit' and LOVING it!!! And the diet I am following right now is hHcg or Fat Smash diet, which ever is suiting me at the time. It is really helping me with my sugar addiction problem.

Anyone doing the HCG Diet?
HCG has been the best thing that has happened to me diet/health wise!! I'm taking the FDA approved homeopathic HCG drops from natropathic clinic in Portland, only $27.00 for the 42 days. I have lost 30 lbs and haven't felt this good in years! And I have done many a diet along the way, also taking whole food herbal supplements and I still always felt tired! This HCG diet has reset my metabolism so I don't feel tired all the time no matter how much or little I eat. YEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was wondering...when coming off P2, to what I have read is 3 weeks of P3 then 3 weeks of P4, BUT if you are going back to P2 for more weightloss that you are suppose to stay on P3 for 6 weeks then? And each time you go between P2 and P3 you add 2 more weeks onto the P3, so it would be P2-43 days then P3-6 weeks, then P2-43 days then P3-8 weeks and so on till you reach your goal. Those are the time allotments I have read in either Dr. Simeons protocal or Kevin Trudeaus book, they state, so you don't become immune to the hcg.
