HOLA, Mes AMIGA's!!

I started the other "Confessions" thread and decided to quit looking for all of the negative, all of the time. Ying and Yang... I needed to at least find balance, so I'm starting this thread to complete the Yang of the Ying of the Confessions. Did that all make sense to yas?? It did to me! Wink LOL

Don't get me wrong, I think that I'll keep myself in check by continuing with the confessions, too. Bad Grin

Soooo..... WHAT DID I DO RIGHT YESTERDAY??

Arrow I made a delicious, nutritious dinner for me and my family AND I bribed both girls into eating it for their reward of their Ice Cream Sandwich bar! LOLBad Grin Very Happy Hey man, if you have kids, you know that to get them to eat something that they don't want to, you DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN TO MAKE IT WORK! Wink

Arrow I also ate fairly well for the day, except for the confession (see other thread). Rolling Eyes

Arrow I ALSO avoided a drink last night, and just dealt w/my headache all day/night. This is no easy task. Doubt *dealing, that is, without relief*. I am going to try and not turn to alcohol for pain relief, and only enjoy it like I was on the weekends. I expect I will indulge on a week night occasionally, but am aiming for no more than ONE night.

There ya have it! Very Happy What have you done RIGHT, today??Cool

I have my own personal, vacation weeks for sale in Mexico!! Feel free to email me for more info... $700 for 2adults, 2 children, 7 nights!! =D

What did I do right today... Hmmm. I was ON TIME for an appointment that I am usually late for! I rode my bike today, I ate well, I got motivated and went to choose a new phone - a task I have been really putting off because I hate dealing with sales people! This is one of my to-do tasks that was hanging over my head! Hubby is now jealous of my new phone. I have to say that I love it already. For me! Very Happy

I took pleasure in the way my legs felt sort of "little" in the bath water when I bathed this morning. I took pleasure in putting my body lotion on in front of the full length mirror. I took pleasure in wearing Hanes cotton briefs that did not ride up because they are too small. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
