This website has TONS of recipes. I have cooked several off this site and have found some new and different ideas. check it out.
If I keep working at this, and want it badly enough, I CAN HAVE IT!!

11 weeks until trip
Weekly goal

Week 1: 193 lb.
Week 2: 190 lb.
Week 3: 187 lb.
Week 4: 184 lb.
Week 5: 181 lb.
Week 6: 178 lb.
Week 7: 175 lb.
Week 8: 172 lb.
Week 9: 169 lb.
Week 10: 166 lb.
Week 11: 163 lb.

And final goal: 160 lb!!!!
